Our Key Terms

Our agreement with you is straightforward and flexible. There are no lock-in periods, and apart from the initial month (we need to know you are committed as well!), there is a guarantee that if you do not believe you have received great value from our services in any month, we will waive that month’s fee.

Business with MILES Guarantee: If during any month, excluding the initial month, you do not believe Business with MILES services were great value, you can email us prior to the end of the month with the reason(s) and we will waive that month’s fee with no further questions asked.

Ending the Agreement: The agreement may be terminated at any time by either party providing 30 days’ notice in writing to the other party. Business with MILES also reserves the right to end the agreement immediately if the client has used the guarantee above, and Business with MILES does not agree with the reasons given.

Consulting fee options per month: We have three options which we recommend generally based on the team size, but also taking into account the principals goals, and how much time they are prepared to commit to have their goals achieved quickly.

Standard: This level is generally recommended for offices of up to ten team members. It includes six working hours (three each) with our principals in your agency consulting, coaching and/or training as agreed. In addition, we attend to the associated follow up activities set out in our agreement with you, and are available to assist the agency principals as required. $1,200 ($1,320 incl. GST).

Premium: This level is generally recommended for offices with around ten to twenty team members, or smaller offices seeking substantial growth in a shorter period. It includes ten working hours (five each) with our principals in your agency consulting, coaching and/or training as agreed. In addition, we attend to the associated follow up activities set out in our agreement with you, and are available to assist the agency principals and team managers as required. $1,500.00 ($1,650.00 incl. GST).

Intensive: This level is recommended for larger offices, or offices seeking substantial growth in a shorter period. It includes fourteen working hours (seven each) with our principals in your agency consulting, coaching and/or training as agreed. In addition, we attend to the associated follow up activities set out in our agreement with you, and are available to assist the agency principals, team managers and key team members as required. $1,800.00 ($1,980.00 incl. GST).
