This letter is to recommend the services offered by Michael Mallon from Business with MILES. I have known Michael over a period of about 15 years since the late 1990’s.

I initially knew Michael as a successful Real Estate franchise owner in the NSW/ACT area in my role as Regional Manager for Raine & Horne Real Estate. During this time I saw Michael’s already successful family business grow and become one of the top agencies in our network, both in terms of figures and winning numerous awards for the office and for team members individually. In the later years their office was consistently in the top 10 of the franchise network, even though they were situated in an area with relatively low sale prices.  

 

I moved on in 2009 to become the South Australian State Manager for Elders Real Estate. I became aware later that Michael had sold his business and was working as a business consultant assisting other businesses, by implementing strategies to achieve the success from their own business which they were seeking. Given I had seen what Michael had achieved personally and professionally I felt he was the right person for this role!

 

When I was organising a state conference for my franchise group in 2013 I invited Michael to be a speaker on the subject “Making your Business Work for You!” The response from the attendees at this session was that the session was extremely valuable and gave a great insight into business best practice and profitability. Subsequent to this we ran another training session entitled “Secrets of the Superstars” which was attended by many of the higher performing salespeople in our franchise. The panel consisted of two current sales superstars and I invited Michael to join this panel in Adelaide as I was aware that not only had he personally had very good success in his sales career, he had more importantly developed some of the best performing sales people in the network. Most of his sales team had been in the top 5% in the national franchise. The response of the attendees of this session was Michaels approach to running a sales team and what drives them was realistic and brought out the best they had to offer, the attendees were all going back to their individual businesses to put the methods into practice and the session is still talked about today
